Soundbath Classes

Frances Le Sueur Centre

Sound sessions are held at the Frances Le Sueur Centre, Jersey’s beautiful National Park. You are taken on a visual journey to connect your mind and body before receiving sound. Georgina uses an octet of powerful Alchemy crystal bowls resonating with the Endocrine System in the body especially chosen for grounding, centering and recalibrating your entire nervous system.
